Awesome, thanks for the article! Kombucha is usually overdone, too much fermentation, or too much sweetener. I'm glad to read someone is creating one that's simply a good tasting drink.

Grocery Store Eggs Vs. Public Market Eggs

Thanks for the comparison! I had heard there are differences in taste. Oddly however, chickens don't like to run around when given the choice. They usually prefer to hang out in the 'hen house' guarding their eggs. I think the quality has more to do with feed quality, being naturally raised, and removing the stress of industrial farm equipment.
