Limburger from Chalet Cheese Cooperative in Monroe, Wisconsin. This is the last Limburger cheesemaker in the US. I don't even normally like Limburger but this stuff is addictive. The best part is driving down Country Road N to the Co-Op - the Limburger smell hits you from the road!
