Anyone ever used Trader Joe's pizza dough? Any good?

The Bypass burgers at the Vortex are a gimmick akin to those Mexican joints with enormous burritos where you get a t-shirt if you finish one. The Vortex is one of the best burger places in Atlanta despite the Bypasses. Good meat cooked to order with the toppings you want. Nice beer selection, too, and when you get bored you can always read your server. My son was devastated when they raised the age for admittance to 18 in order to conform to City of Atlanta smoking laws, but I proudly took him there a few times before his 18th last year.

Five Guys only serves burgers well done.

I never thought I'd dig arugula on a pizza until I had it at Jeff Varasano's. He says it's his "chick"pizza.

My family was blessed with an invitation to a pizza party at Jeff's home last month. Great theater.

The Five Seasons locations in Atlanta are swell, with the same care taken in the kitchen as in the brewery. Twain's in Decatur, GA, brews decent beer and has a good hometown vibe.

L'Atlas is a fun Moroccan place in the 5th for couscous and squab. The fondue/raclette joints on Rue Mouffetard are also very family friendly.
