Would You Send Back an Overcooked Burger?

I guess it depends where you are eating the burger and whether or not they initially asked for the temp. Most of the good burger joints in HouTex don't bother asking you what temp.

Alison Cook's Houston Burger Reviews; an 'A' for Sparkle's Hamburger Spot

Had a sparkle burg the other day... execution slow, but final product amazing. Thier bacon is thick cut, mapley, and off the hook! There was a couple of locals sitting near waiting for thier burgs expressing thier appreciation of the hand formed patties. An art thats becoming lost in the Third Ward, apparently.... I will be back...but I took the number to call ahead!

They have the beets on burgers in New zealand also... At Mc Donalds even! Kiwi Burgers. Don't hate on the beet, its one of the sexiest vegetables out there (Tom Robbins would agree). Refine your palates!

Never let your tates boil! It will bust the cell walls in the starch and make your spuds gummy. Just a nice simmer... Use a ricer, salt after that, you want to season the potato. Then add butter by folding it in. Over mixing will also make them gummy. Finally add a touch of cream and any additional seasoning. Classic
