What would you never eat?

I had a tongue sandwich for lunch, and it was incredibly good. There's something, as well, to be said for eating foods that look like they were when alive... a rememberance of whence they came.

If you'll look over Julia Child's kitchen (now at the Smithsonian), you see that other than the use of peg boards, her kitchen and the 1944 dream kitchen are strikingly similar.
