Favorite foods: Interesting burgers, Malaysian dishes, Hong Kong style peasant Cantonese food, spaghetti bolognaise (mum style), & traditional Irish food.
Last bite on earth: Possibly my favorite Hong Kong restaurant 'Wing Loong's' dish Crispy Skin Pork, with Roast Pork on fried rice with a side of chili oil.
