My first cookbook was a Christmas gift from my mother the year. I had stopped eating meat that year, so she got me a vegetarian cookbook. I have since began to eat meat again after many years, but I still find the cookbook to be particularly useful.

I love baked goods way too much to chose between them, but I can say right now one thing I love is a fruit and cheese danish.

I've been interested in experimenting with Vietnamese.

My mother would often bake banana-nut and banana-chocolate chip muffins (in both regular and mini size!) on weekend mornings. It was magical waking up to that smell. mm!

Hm, I'd say banana bread or poppy seed loaf. However, I've never really made the sort of bread one might use for sandwiches, which is precisely what my sister and I would love to start doing weekly.

Hm, I'd have to say crepes with chocolate, peanut butter, and bananas that I had during a visit to Portland, OR.

During a middle school home ec class we were supposed to make chocolate vinegar cake. Well, I guess somewhere along the line my group forgot to add the sugar to the cake. Of course, the end result was not particularly great tasting.

Falafel, mmm!

I'd like to make more recipes involving meat, since this is where I feel I have the least experience.

Good Lord this is tough. Hmm, I have to list a few or else I'll be staring at this screen forever deciding. Dark chocolate custard pie, chocolate lava cake, and chocolate covered pretzels (something about the salt and the chocolate together, mmm). There's also a whole slew of chocolate ice creams I adore.
