Ham has been at almost every gathering and holiday since I was little. Almost every holiday memory I have includes pork!

I use tons of garlic, onion and chipotle when I cook. Pretty much any fresh herbs go bad before I use them all (although I'll have used some of it before it turns),

Our favorite is garlic juice spray. You can use it on just about anything, it helps rubs stick and when you use it during grilling it keeps the meat more tender (and of course more garlicky!)

Definitely crispy! In fact we now only cook bacon in the microwave because it makes it crispy and not greasy!
