Micro Food.....

I believe the mini "French Club" has been a staple at Guy Savoy (Paris) for some time now, so I think the "French Burger" may be an adaptation to American tastes. In any case, it was delicious, and at about one inch in diameter, it was far smaller than the sliders that are all the rage these days.
