Unpopped. The smell of burnt kernels overpowers the properly popped ones, ruins the experience.

While we're on the subject of ridiculous things at McDonald's: Anyone else notice that a quarter pounder costs more than twice the amount a double cheeseburger does? You'd actually get more meat for less money if you got TWO doubles.
