Shakey's Pizza. Oh, the childhood memories. That was where I drank half a bottle of hot sauce as a child while my mother looked on and did nothing to stop me. To this day I don't think I have the full range of human taste buds.
Eat Kangaroo, Save the Earth?
It wasn't bad. "Gamier" is also the word that occurred to me, in comparison with beef. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat it again though.

Had some a couple of months ago. Huge roast pig laid out on a table, with people slicing bits straight off it. Here's a picture:

For someone who grew up with it, I never really acquired a taste for lechon though. But I do like "the loud potato chip-like crunch of the skin on the first bite." :)
