My favorite is actually this one - I've been using it for years for cupcakes and topping it with everything from quick icings to swiss buttercreams to coconut buttercreams and whipped chocolate ganaches. Ummmm. Now I want cupcakes again. :)

Dinner Tonight: Avgolemono (Greek Lemon and Rice Soup)

I loved this as a kid - one of our local Greek-owned restaurants served it every week, so I had it a lot. I also like it with shredded chicken to make a meal, but it's SO much better with orzo than rice, IMO.

Cook the Book: 'The Martha Stewart Living Cookbook: The Original Classics'

I'm a huge fan of her Baking Handbook, and I've made many things from it: biscuits, cookies, and apple pie to name a few. I haven't had the "guts" to try her birthday cake yet (the one with the meringue) but maybe in the new year!

I've also read Everyday Food - and cooked from it, everything from baking to main dishes, for years.

Would LOVE this cookbook! :)
