I used to go to a place in London where they topped the burger with a giant portobello mushroom and creamy blue cheese. I became so addicted that I craved them weekly. I blame the blue cheese.

Cook the Book: 'L.A.'s Original Farmers Market Cookbook'
When I lived in Ann Arbor there would be an organic milk vendor that would come only every other week. I always made sure to stop by the market on the weeks he was there because I was completely addicted to his milk. It was so wonderful and sweet, I would drink it as dessert after dinner it was that good!

I am a cheese fiend so I usually toast some bread and melt some cheese over it under the broiler. I then dump an obscene amount of hot sauce over the whole thing. The dish is really just an excuse to eat more hot sauce - my favorite being a jalapeno cilantro variety.
