By the way, SURELY Joe mentioned that it was his big brother Michael who first introduced him to the sheer joy of Cooper's BBQ - right? I'm obviously not into petty nonsense such as sibling rivalry but Joe needs to publicly acknowledge that I am the family expert on all things related to Texas Chili and Barbecue or I will never cook him another bowl of red at Christmas ever again. dks, you say Cooper's has cabrito?
