Compiling recipes for a family cookbook - advice?

If it is for family how about a flash drive or cdrom. we have a filing cabinet for recipes until they have been tested and then they get put in a recipe folder.

Since the vegan group has no standing, since they don't eat them, the case should be thrown out of court immediately and the group should be fined for a frivolous suit. This is way the legal system is in such a bad state.

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Blues

The easy answer is just don't overcook them. I find it easiest to pound them for quick preparation were I won't over cook it. Or stuff and roll it with various ingredients and it almost never dries out. A sauce never hurts, but I think people tend to overcook breast because they think they are thicker cuts. 350 degrees for 30 minutes almost always cooks it perfectly.
