Lunch- in a wrap and baby carrots
Dinner- my parents are asian, so we always cook a bunch of plain dishes. So there's usually a couple big bowls of veggies (brocolli, spinach, seaweed, carrots, eggplant, etc.)

The street food in taiwan is amazing. Seriously, try everything! The only things I'm cautious of is seafood.
