Carla is growing on me as well. How funny was it when she was in Whole Foods, staring at the olive oils and waiting for one of them to speak to her??? YOU HAVE 30 MINUTES!
I do not like Toby. His shtick got old real fast. His comments are unprofessional, and don't show that he knows anything. Anyone can make a pun or an insult. Those are not critiques of the food.

What can I do with a pressure cooker?

OK I am in love. I made a beef stew with almost nothing, just some meat, sweet potatoes, celery, onion. My husband and I thought we screwed it up because we put in too much water. But the whole thing was unbelievably delicious and EASY!! So freakin tasty. It was awesome. Thanks, everyone, for your help, recipes and links. I'll be checking them out and trying the recipes very soon.
