Do You Know How Much You Really Spend on Food?
I wing it for the most part its probably way more than I would like to spend. There is a Shaw's supermarket near my office, which is great to stock up the office or grab a key ingredient for something I am drooling over online during the afternoon surf break. I know I spend WAY too much and in turn probably throw away alot too, and now I am sad, hmmm.

Sorry if I am repeating anything above, but if you are looking for a reduced fat option at SB, the reduced fat blueberry is delicious cold or if you have a minute to sit down ask them to warm it up, it's really yummy warm. I am a big fan of everything starbucks, unfortunately I have had to cut back my intake because of the uncertain economy. All the sandwiches are good :)
