In Videos: BurgerTime Video Game Commercials (1980s)

Its true about the pixels. Burgertime is an amazing example of the mind's ability to infer meaning from abstract blobs. Taken independently, I don't think anybody could decipher what one of those single things is, I mean the lettuce might as well be a bat.

Have you seen the video explaining how Burgertime is an allegory for class struggle. I'm buying it:

Actually, there's a lot more to competitive eating than gluttony. There's also greed. Check out this video of competitive eater Erik Denmark engaging in an economics debate while shoveling food into his mouth

Actually Burgertime was much more influential as a vehicle of communist propaganda (sort of like the claim about Mario, but this is real). Check it out.
