Meatloaf Recipe Needed
I grew up o n this recipe and everyone who's had it loves it.
1 lb. ground beef ( I use 80%)
1 sleeve buttery crackers (like Ritz)
2 beaten eggs
1 small onion, minced
salt and pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup
mix together everyting except meat. when well blended, add ground beef and press into a 8x4 loaf pan.
bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.
this meatloaf makes the best sandwicheds the next day!
